The stock wires will work with microsens,but I used their wires because I used the balancer too.It works off small changes in resistance so good wire connections is critical.There is no programming card,you use your transmitter throttle to do it.As for standoffs,I used them to but not directly against the engine mount plate which is fairly thin.I used plywood between the engine and standoffs.
