What sort of plugs are you using? Any alternatives to the Rossi R8 ones we have tried keep blowing and dont have the GSU to make any adjustments
It's probably the battery type that is causing your blown plugs. If you use other than Nicads (i.e. Lipos or A123) you will need to change the glowplug voltage settings in the ECU. I went through this myself after blowing numerous plugs of various brands.
Unfortunately, this can only be done with a computer and an AMT software program called Tool Kit. Not sure if it can be downloaded on line or if you have to get a disc from AMT. For what it's worth, here are the instructions for changing the plug values (if you can get your hands on the software).
