EXACTLY what rules, OF THE COUNTRIES THEY MADE THE FLIGHTS YOU REFER TO, did Hill and Brown break? And PLEASE be specific so we can look them up and verify YOUR proof.

THE Rules were of AMA...for AMA members... Which Brown/Hill were... They apply everywhere as long as you are a member...With your line of questioning it seems you think we should observe
only the AMA rules that are concurrent with the country or state rulz that we are in at the time. If your premise were correct, I could run metal props on my 40%ers since Texas has no rule against it... see how dang silly that premise is?
