Why not get these dudes to build and repair kits and ARF's for other Rcers? many hate to assemble or build and only wont to fly. These guys would pay for the models and say $50 for the build.
Then the guys would have the fun of the build and make a few bucks on the side

PS I bet some suppliers like Tower ,Hobbyking etc would donate the odd tool or covering.
