Default Deep V Build

Ok so Ive decieded that I want to build a deep v boat. Something about 3 feet long. Not sure if Iwanna do single prop or dual prop. And Im not sure if I wanna do wood or fiberglass. I would like to have a minimum speed of around 30 fps. Iplan on running it in the ocean, its a bay so there isnt to much surf. I plan on building the circuit, transmitter/receiver my self. I understand Ill need to get some parts like motors and props and such but I wanna build as much of this boat from the ground up. Ive looked at a few different rc boats and one Iliked featured twin props recessed under the boat with wire guards over them which seems like a good idea due to kelp. So Ineed help on the hull design, a little info on any pros/cons with fiber/wood build, single/dual prop, and maybe any other info Imay have missed.
