Can any of you Hawk owners provide the main/nose gear wheel sizes and the strut dimensions from base of retract to wheel axle on the scale gear? I want to purchase the C-ARF hawk, but refuse to pay as much for the scale gear as for the kit, I'm looking for possible substitutes. Any help will be greatly appreciated

You could save about $400+ on it by buying it direct from Airtech. Carf's prices are getting a bit silly. The last price hike of 22%-30plus % really bothered me. I just priced out a pair of replacement tires for my Hawk. CARF wants $49USD each plus shipping from Europe. That's just ridiculous , any other high end wheel like Behotec or Intarico and the replacement tire is about $15. I have an email in to Airtech to see what they are really worth.
