Just remember that while the DLE 20 is spinning a 17x6 to 8,000 rpm, it also does it effectively at 4000 rpm. You can say that a 1.20 OS can turn the same prop at the same rpm, but you had better like to fly at full throttle. Torque is what a propeller uses to pull an airplane.
So yes, a 1.20 2s can have the same power, but ONLY at full throttle.
