This is what I do to spread the word out:

When I go to the doctor, I take the AMA and the AOPA magazines, and I leave them there. Same with the dentist. Of course I take the address label off. I have even left some in the magazine section of my library. I even drop some at the barber shop every time I show up.

If everybody would do this we would flood a lot of offices!
