So, yes, it is unlikely that he read the manual. I would say that he is pretty lucky that he hasn't already crashed the NEXSTAR and extremely lucky that he hasn't caused damage. Any damage or injury could be considered illegal if law enforcement had to become involved. maybe you haven't seen him because he is wearing an orange jumpsuit and eating cold bologna sandwiches with is buddies in the prison commissary.
