Default RE: Install Asiatam Recoil in Panzer 3

ORIGINAL: Harvey S

Can someone tell me what the thick red wire coming down from the Asiatam recoil unit connects to, please? I see in the (very helpful) "how to" sequence above where the small red/green/yellow wire attach to, but I see no mention or illustration of where the fourth (thick red) wire coming out of the unit attaches to (you can see it hanging out lower right in the 6th photo in the sequence above, that has the caption "Here is everything put together" - the wire is short in that picture). It has me foxed. Thanks in advance for taking the time to help me out!!! Harvey
Harvey,

Thanks for the positive feedback on my modest "how to" post. The thick black/red wires you're referencing are connected to the red slider switch in the commander’s cupola which used to turn the airsoft gun on and off.I repurposed the switch to turn my tank’s headlights on and off (see pics below). You can check it out at one of my otherposts "Install DBC/DBU in Panzer III"
http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_10031192/anchors_10031192/mpage_1/key_/anchor/tm.htm#10031192.
