RE: Swap Meet thief.
It happens a lot. Last year I was at a boat race in Hobart, IN. The guy running the race almost by himself had 2 props stolen off his table while he was busy CD'ing the race. His props aren't cheap and are custom-made. We're talking probably $100.00 apiece if not more. The race is held right in the middle of town so it could have been anyone from another boater to a spectator wanting a souveneir.
