RE: 1/12th Scale Edf Concorde
Thanks guys for encouragement and online support, i had to get stuff for the next step of this and Constellation builds, so now that i'm almost ready to go, i will start working on it tonite or tomorrow by making couple of ribs and spars still needed, then with use of 2x4 to straighten out the root ribs by clamping them on and using 90 degree triangles to get all angles perfectly right. This way when i will place both wings together on each side of the 2x4, both wings will be exactly same. This is very important and will be crucial step of this build to get the wing right on the money, otherwise there could be aerodynamic problems when this model will fly.
After getting all the angles square and perfectly right, certain spars and rib sections will then get copulated with 5.8oz carbon fibre cloth before i will glue structures together. Since its not possible to split wings into 2 pieces as inboard and outboard sections due to anhedrial curve post engine nacelles, i have decided to make wings plug on the sides of the fuselage by use of 3 wing tubes at load baring points!. I might split the forward wing from centre and rear portions so transportation and storage will be easier to do. If i did that, then forward wings will become part of the fuselage as permanent section.
