Not a Sullivan. Both are Hobbico, part numbers are
# HCAP3325 - The aluminum part, At $14.99
# HCAP3330 - The insert, At $6.29
As for the drill, I'm sure we all have a cordless power drill.
Which by the way with an extra battery was $160
