Just my .02 I've flown my Sig 1/4 Extra with Saito 1.80 and thought it was ok. The guy that had the airplane and Saito before me used this combo for IMAC when he first started. Although I'm selling the airplane if I did it again I would replace the Saito and put the OS 1.60FX on it.

I currently running a O.S. 1.60 FX on my GS540 edge which is about 13 lbs and like it alot more. I tried the Saito out on this airplane and took it off as quick as I could land. The OS takes cheaper fuel and I swing a 20 x 6 prop on it and stays cool compared to my Saito 1.80.

No info on the MOKI but I did know a guy that flew his Sig 1/4 Extra with the 2.10 and can you say fuel sucking Fun! Just my thought on your question.
