Most of my customers are epoxy bonding the Spychalla cowl to the firewall and then taking the engine in and out of the assembly through the lower hatch. This allows for the seam to be filled and not visible. It makes for a much better looking nose on the Mustang. Regarding the Keleo, I would wager that it would not fit my cowl recess pockets. The pockets are as close to scale location as possible and consideration for a muffler has not been made. Personally I am for keeping engine cool and running the exhaust out the bottom and not holding heat up in the cowling where there is no air flow. Check out these photos of cowls with filled seams.
