Nitro+drifting=dead engine. If you want to drift you need electric or lots of money for replacement engine parts.

I need to know what your 200 quid budget includes...everything? Or just a kit? If just a kit, you will need at least another 150 quid for the rest of what's needed. If the 200 has to include everything except fuel and batteries, then you are very limited in terms of what you can buy, that is really not enough money to get a good start with something that will last.
