I too took the survey and was confused as to why all the reference to cars, boats, etc.
I think it relates to grand designs for fillin' the till at IAC.
If so, I'm all for it. If IACcan pay for itself and maybe even produce a surplus, the ECwill have to find other reasons for stonewalling regional flying sites (other than competition for gate draw with IAC, that is).
