Thanks for getting back to me on this.

My local hobby shop will take the crystal and reciever back and get me new ones so that is not a problem. I'm trying to rule out all possibilities before hand.

All of my recievers are marked low except for this one.
and it is the newest one I have. Thats why I was suspecting that it could be a high band reciever.

Thanks for the info. and If me and my LHS cannot resolve this I will send the reciever and crystal in for a look-see.
