most of the sleeve shrinkers use a vice with soft blocks to press sleeve into shrinker die, this is for brass sleeves, aluminum sleeves seem to not develop the bellmouth syndrome, FYI jett engineering use more than .007 clearance on the rod to journal clearance, it allows for more oil to accumulate in bearing area, i havent see a hanno break a rod from anything but a shaft run.
