Your electric dyno design looks very well done! Can you tell us about that dynamometer (DC motor w/separately excited field winding) or whatever it is you're using? Please help us understand what you've created by explaining the principles of your design? Where did you get that dc motor/dynamo from? Maybe, porvide us with a link or datasheet and manufacturer? I'm hoping to build one to characterize small dc motors like the motor inside the Hitec HS-6635HB servo, the Mabuchi RF-120CH. Any advice you can provide is greatly appreciated.
