Thanks PC. I really like the sound of the Benedini radial. I do plan on cutting the ring. I think this is still the cheaper route, and it is reliable and sounds great. Actually the SLU would be cheaper, but I am still not convinced on the reliability yet, but that's just me. Also deciding on whether or not I want to get a Hooben T55 and make it a IDF Tiran 5
