That is a valuable point about the Tamiya USA return for a free replacement if you have trouble.

I will say that I will do my best to ensure you have a product that works as advertised, and you shouldn't worry about the product. However as part of the Benedini is that it is programmable, at some point I have to tell customers that when they start messing with the sound files they are taking on the responsibility of making a mess of it It is fairly easy to program, but there is a slight learning curve.

The latest DBC3 when combined with the Benedini is really quite simple. When you get a complete system from me with a receiver it literally is simple to hook up. Plug in the speaker and the 3 wire cable from the RX 18 and you have an IR ready, Sound equipped tank with a 2,4 ghz receiver. It takes longer to take the top off the tank then is does to hook up the DBC3/Benedini combo. If you have your own receiver then you have to hook up five servo cables, and plug in the speaker. Again no soldering, no taking apart anythng. I have never once had an RX 18 fail due to hooking up the DBC3/Benedin combo. There is just nothing you could do wrong to hurt the RX 18 by adding the DBC3/Benedini.

Once you get some time you will find this out for yourself with the units I sent you.

Honestly you could have that Chinese tank running with sound in less then 1/2 hour. It takes a little time to install the apple wiring , Flash, and IR emitter, but you don't need those hooked up to appreciate the sound.

Having said that though, I will be unavailable for the next couple of weeks as I am starting a little vacation. So wait until I get back, just in case!!!!!!!
