Yes it is still produced, and will be available in the US soon.

I know we're starting to sound like a broken record but this project has taken a few different paths to finally end up with a model to be proud of. After feedback from our customers and extensive flight testing by our own pilots we decided to tweek a few parts, and redesign others, to create an even better version of the Pantera.

The situation at the moment is we are flight testing the new prototype with all the changes, to ensure that we are happy before going back into production later this year. Although YT International have a long and respectful history in RC scale, jets were a new direction for us. The first Pantera was a small run to test the market and see if there was room for a sports scale model from a relatively unknown jet manufacturer. It seems our hunches were correct as we have been inundated with requests for information, this caused our original batch to sell out within weeks of landing.

I know there are several distributors who have contacted us about stocking this model, and are probably getting a little tired of asking when they will be available. The truth is that we wanted to ensure we were 100% with the model before we released it onto the world market. Hopefully we shouldn't be too long now! The new version will also have optional electronic retracts with electronic brakes to follow.
