Rudder and elevator bolting on is very common on smaller electeics and some larger as well. Just need to keep an eye on it that it remains tight. Do you know the weight. I wouild say the nose area looks like it had some repairs? Assuminmg the wieght is on the low end, the motor /esc should be fine
