Traxxas is good depending on price. I had considered purchasing a Mini Slash for a while. If you like bigger, the 4WD Hobbyking Trooper is $150.
For rough surfaces 4WD will get stuck less than 2WD and still be competitive on a track.<br type="_moz"/>
