Hi Iddons,

The costs of changing a non-modular radio from one band to another can be prohibitive, and many service centers will not even do this type of thing. We here at the US Service Center do not do anything with 36Mhz, so we would not be able to do this for you.

The great thing about modular systems is that it is so simple to change out the module and receiver for the correct band and you are ready to go.

You would most likely be better off selling here and then purchasing a new system at home.

We do not sell any modules or systems on 36Mhz here in the United States.
