I have a new kero start K-80. I ran it for the first time yesterday. It's my 5th turbine so I'm not new to the setup procedure. However, when I run the throttle up to start it the starter motor starts spining like it should when the trim is all of the way down. Is this suppose to happen? The Ecu says ready, not trim low like it should to manually run the cool down.
Dale, that sounds about right, if you have the trim low and advance the throttle passed 50%, that actually activates the manual cool down in Kero mode. If something still doesn't seem right, unplug ECU battery and relearn RC.
