i just popped the clutch bell off and its pretty nasty. not sure what was suppose to be in there but i have a curled up spring in deformed hard plastic that looks like it got hot and melted. should the flywheel spin free when moving the opposite way the engine turns? i thought it did, but now it seems to put tension on the pull start if i turn it clockwise</p>
