My appologies to anyone I may have offended. I often see posts by, shall we say, grumpier members, that offer no suggestions and tell a new member to do a search. Frankly I get a bit tired of it hence my ''if you have time to tell someone to go search, you have time to post an answer''.
To be fair, the original suggestion to search was much better worded than the usual ''why are you bothering us, please do a search before asking questions'' replies that I see.
I agree with you 100% on this. I'll just add - If someone is going to post something that does not help the original poster answer his/her question, then that person shouldn't post at all.
Since we're talking about engine cleaning, is there any automotive chemicals aside from whats already been listed that works well for eating castor goo off? Examples like lacquer thinner or maybe even muriatic acid? I know muriatic acid would eat aluminum up for lunch but I just listed that since it was on the top of my head..
