I can see it both ways, 50-50. But, like Jim said, people are going to ask questions. A few sort of abuse it some, but the majority of members just want to learn a few things. Still, I see both sides of the issue. It comes up periodically.

You can look at it from another point; when I got into aviation in the Army it was just as Viet Nam ended. The vets pretty much wrote the manuals in rotorary wing aviation. A new guy never asked questions. You had to wait until someone decided to teach you something.
