Barry, seems all is solved. Settings for gas were at 95% and running rich apparently. Got settings from oz and messed with the gas! Actually with Texas heat and humidity, I tuned her down to 35% gas and she fires up first time everytime. I never thought taking it that low would work. I am also using the coleman green bottles for start. As for the plugs, I'm still runnin 2.2 on the plug and that seems to be working.

I have faith in her now and can continue on my build. Thanks to Australia and you guys for your support!
