The battery is fully charged. Reads 7.86 vdc I have tried turning off the tank and controler to "reboot" but it dosen't help. Sitting over night seems to fix it... once, then if I turn it off and back on it goes haywire.

I will inspect the solder joints next as I have checked all the plug in connections.
