P.S. Have any of you guys ever had this same issue with the spring inside the plug boot? Thanks.
Paul,
I have a 100 and quite honestly Once I installed the boots I have never removed them. Couldn't quite get it off so I figured why force it untill I need too.
Also, they say to use heavy gauge wire, but ever see the gauge of wire that comes off of the battery pack? No where near large enough, So I spliced a servo exension on the end of my big plug. What's the difference doing what you've done?
ditto on the customer service, although I have never had a problem, I called to "check up" on my 100 before it shipped and dave had me on the phone for nearly 15 min just talking about flying. They really make you feel like you are the most importatnt thing to them at that time. That's a good sign of good customer service.
