E-bay-of-pigs sucks. I never liked the thought of dealing with them as a buyer, and especially as a seller. Their fees are many, and excessive.
How do you figure their fees are many and excessive?
Try opening a brick & mortar retail store and compare the eBay fees that allows you to reach millions of potential customers versus all the costs of running a store and reaching a 10 - 15 mile customer base radius.
I spend 5 figures a month in ebay fees. Is it excessive? It is cheaper by a factor of 3 over a store of comparable size to do that volume of business that we do.
