I see this is in the marketplace support and I frequently get questions from members who have zero (forum) postings on an item that I'm selling. Maybe that is the case.

Another way to get there is to click the ratings tab and then click the profile tab again. It will change to reflect "View Recent Posts & Other Forum Details"
