Not specifically but just a couple of months ago I stumbled across an ad in an old RCM magazine from the 80's or 90's. Honestly can't remember which decade. Not sure if I still have it lying around either but the company was selling a number of kits of that construction mix and configuration: top-mounted foam wing, square down-spout fuse, trike gear, engine in the nose. The ad featured an F-15 and a similarly twin-tailed Mig. I would guess that was one of theirs.
