That would work fine for you. It might even be overkill , but that would allow plenty of flexibility to charge some other larger packs. There's really a lot of options here. You really want to do 10 at a time? A pair of the 4 output chargers perhaps? I don't think you'll be able to parallel or series charge ANY of them so you are left to doing 1 battery per output.
