That would work fine for you. It might even be overkill , but that would allow plenty of flexibility to charge some other larger packs. The Hobbico Elite has been one of my favorites for doing radio batts. It is nice to use it without the ac adapter "on the road" http://www.hobbico.com/cyclers/hcap0280.html

There's really a lot of options here. You really want to do 10 at a time? A pair of the 4 output chargers perhaps? I don't think you'll be able to parallel or series charge ANY of them so you are left to doing 1 battery per output.
