Thanks for the reply, I saw the photos on post 68-70 but could not tell the process. Your explanation makes it more clear. I have been wanting to make sheets to use over foam cores and some open structures instead of buying G-10 or flight skin type sheets. Much cheaper and can get larger sizes also.
