iv herd several of those real honest answers from hobby shop owners and managers over the years. everything from a mom and pop shop that got screwed over, to shop's that were trying to get support and not receiving any. to just bad politics.
seems they are helpful when dealing directly with customers one on one, they just don't have that same support for there suppliers.
Ide say over 50% of this guys employees are not happy with traxxass at all
and move customers to other makes right away! [:-]
