You want the Regular RDS8000, not the Crawler version. With the crawler version the gimbals auto center. You can technically use it for flying but it is much easier with the regular version. This is a great easy to use radio. All of the Airtronics radios are great, really. Me and my dad use an SD-10G and my brother and grandfather use the RDS8000.
