If you have -4 at quarter stick and it's lifting your pitch guage is wrong. Also I would set it up -9, -4.5, 0, +4.5, +9 and 100, 60, 40, 60, 100. I looked up the pitch curve from my notes, I though the center throttle settings were higher than that.
