Perry here you go, a shot of the cannon internals. All steel and brass.
Motor has replaceable brushes so it should run quite a while.
And yeah forgot the decimal point, they are .20 gram shells

Seems to take the sand quite easily, even deep grass and such doesn't slow it down.
I installed a set of brass bushings on the idlers as they're prone to wear.

Even had no problem ripping through the wet stuff after Ivan passed through, all internals were bone dry afterwards. She's not much of a light tank anymore, she's pushing 80 pounds now.



As for the Red Barron, no worries there. Look a little higher, Snoopy is at his 12, sitting in his Camel ready to pounce.
