Default Futaba Customer Service

I would like to say thanks to Futaba / Great Planes for their excelent customer service! I recently purchased a new flight pack at my lhs. Upon later inspection of the contents I notciced that it was missing the switch harness. I immediately sent Futaba an e-mail notifying them of thr problem. 24 hours later I received a response apologizing for the packing error and that they had issued me a replacement. 2 days later I have my new switch harness.
