If my item is in a queue to be checked sending emails is not going to speed it up, but that is the decision I have made. I will not be walking away I am just giving a reasonable time to get it sorted, but I have another charger that I am using at the moment so am luck in that regard.
If I was Adam I would have replaced the servo (from whatever supplier he choses) so he could enjoy his model while the issue is sorted.
