I use the bicycle hangers from Harbor Freight. Work nicely and are priced right! http://www.harborfreight.com/bicycle-lift-95803.html

You can also just use regular pulleys and rope; just make sure you buy quality pulleys so they roll smoothly. I will upload some pictures when RCU will cooperate
