I find that ball links are often too big to work with jet applications. My preference is to use SWB aluminum arms with nylon inserts, which allows the arm to be used with thin metal clevises. With that said, I've used nylon arms with jets with no issue. For my 3D/IMAC planesI use aluminum arms because the loads are much greater.
