We plan to retro fit the brakes to most landing gear, the question as the whether its possible lies in the wheel design, some just wont be doable, others will be fine.

When we start the manufacture after Jetpower we will request a wheel and leg from the customer to which we will then evaluate the options and advise yes or no, the price we set will be the same for all but the very large gear sets.

It works using an electromagnet coil and a special 'floating' disc so no complex moving parts which could cause issues, the only wear will be slight and we estimate many years before any replacement discs are needed (subject naturally to 'normal' use!)
