Default RE: Yellow F22 Build

Good luck with the sell Dave. Thats a very good price with the engine!

I got to test out the new Tams Pipe! Worked great. Only problem I had was the plane was sticking to the runway. Checked the CG and it was to far fwd. The new lighter pipe combined with the small 8oz fuel tank just fwd of the main tanks shifted the CG to far fwd. It still flew great and got 6 flights on it back to back. Cant say enough good things about the plane!

One thing also to note. The Tams pipe was smaller in Dia so installing it was very easy. It can be installed with the bellmouth already on. This makes dealing with the thrust vectoring a breeze. But this pipe probably would not work for engines bigger then a 120 size. Not sure what you guys with the bigger engines should do when your pipe needs to be replaced. I am sure Tam can figure something out.
