The recently introduced O.S. OCA-1100HV 100Amp ESC (Futaba MC 9100A identical) is listed as 124g and it was every bit of that because the supplied cables were fairly long.

After lopping off quite a good length of the motor wires and soldering on bullets and then adding extensions on the battery end for the arming plug and discharge wires, I have no idea what the final tally is, but it isn't much - if any - more than a CC Ice2 80HV. But it has a brake that by-god works and doesn't complain about it! And built-in spark suppression that works.

Very attractive considering that the ESC and programmer box (mandatory, and it works VERY well) can be had for around $160 with some of the Tower discounts.
