Default RE: Goldberg Tiger Club

My Tiger Twin had good vertical. You could takeoff, rotate and keep going. I had a later twin with 2 other .46AXs that weighed 7.5 lbs. It would really climb.

The Tiger Twin was an excellent flying airplane. All the acro was great. It did tend to land a little faster than a single Tiger 2, but most twins are heavy with a higher wing loading. Like most of my twins with wire landing gear, I had to change the main gear to 3/16" wire. The stock 5/32" ones kept bending more & more backwards from the higher landing speed. It never bounced down hard or anything, but if you touched down right out front, you could see the gear flex backwards due to the speed.

I had a Twin Stick and also a twin fuselage World Models Skyraider Mach II.
